Welcome to ECA
The Eastney Cruising Association is Portsmouth's premier
cruising and boating club. It was established in 1958 and
originally catered mainly for motor cruisers (hence the propeller
on its burgee). Now the ECA boasts a varied mix of sailors,
fishermen, divers and water skiers as well as motor cruisers.
It is situated at the entrance to Langstone Harbour in Hampshire
and offers easy access to the Solent and English Channel.
The Club compound can accommodate upward of 500 boats. The
Club has good facilities and equipment for handling and launching
large boats and has slipways into both the harbour entrance
